- Order Placement and Personalisation:

- All orders for personalised items must be placed through our official website or authorised platforms.

- Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate personalisation details, including but not limited to names, initials, and other specifications.

- The company reserves the right to reject any order with inappropriate or offensive personalisation content.

- A 50% deposit is required before design or production of any frame will begin. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the item will be shipped from our workshop. We accept card payments, bank transfers, PayPal and cash payments.

- All payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment charges of £2.50 per item, per day will be applied.
- Product Personalisation:

- We will make every effort to accurately reproduce the personalisation details provided by customers. However, minor variations may occur due to font styles, size limitations, or other technical constraints.

- The customer acknowledges that product images displayed on our website or other marketing channels are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colours and appearances may differ slightly.
- Order Cancellation and Modification:

- Personalised orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered the production process. It is important to carefully review the order details and personalisation information before approving the artwork/preview/mock-up.

- Non-personalised items such as plain mount or moulding colours could be modified up until the relevant point of production.
- Shipping and Delivery:

- The estimated delivery timelines provided are approximate and do not guarantee exact delivery dates, as per our shipping policy. Factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances, may impact delivery.

- We will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused during transit.

- No delivery (or collection) of items can take place until the full balance is paid.
- Returns and Refunds:

- Due to the personalised nature of the items, returns or refunds will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects or errors made by our team as per our returns policy.

- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within a reasonable timeframe and in the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Intellectual Property:

- By submitting any personalisation details, customers warrant that they have the right to use and reproduce the provided information.

- Customers agree not to submit any copyrighted, trademarked, or unauthorised material for personalisation. Mounted Memories Ltd will not be held liable for any infringement issues.
- Privacy and Data Protection:

- The customer’s personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
